His diverse career has spanned various roles in the mining industry, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise. Presently, he holds the position of Chairman at Global Coal and Mining Private Limited and serves as the Managing Director of Sainik Mining and Allied Services Limited. Additionally, he is a Director at several companies involved in coal mining, coal washing, and related industries.
Captain Solanki plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of these companies and has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the mining sector in India. He also oversees the finance functions of Thriveni Sainik Mining Private Limited, where he serves as a Director. Sainik Infratec Private Limited (SIPL) was originally incorporated in 2010 as Rajasthan Khanij and Ispat Private Limited and was subsequently renamed as Sainik Infratec Private Limited in 2019.
The promoter of SIPL is Capt. Kuldeep Singh Solanki, who brings over 35 years of rich experience in mining, logistics, and beneficiation in the coal industry. Under his leadership, and with the support of a professional management team, SIPL aspires to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions in mining, logistics, maintenance, and consulting through a single integrated platform.
